Highlights:
13th Arrival day :-) Get ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick. Drive to campsite and set up camp.
14th Walking Day One Choice of two walks dependant on weather at the time.
Route choice 1 - Imachar and Mullach Buidhe. 18km - 890m ascent. Forest tracks to start before heading into open moorland to reach the high mountain paths.
Route choice 2 - Coirein Lochain and Glen Catacol from Fairhaven. 15.8km - 690m ascent. Excellent views over to the coast and the high hills of northern Arran.

16th Walking Day Two Goatfell, the highest peak on the Isle of Arran. The summit of Goatfell stands at 874 meters and offers stunning panoramic view of the surrounding islands and mainland Scotland. It dominates the skyline of Brodick, the largest town on the island. The climb up the mountain is challenging but rewarding, with breathtaking views along the way. The route starts and ends in Broddick.
17th Time to leave :-( Time to head to the ferry for the return journey to Ardrossan.
The price doesn't include transport to/from the ports. You can either get the ferry self driving or as a foot passenger. Ferry times can be morning or afternoon, up to you! Take into account the time it will take to set up/take down tents. Broddick - Lochranza is around 30min drive. If the campsite is fully booked by the time you reserve your place on the trip, an alternative campsite will be booked. Pitch is for a medium tent up to 3x5m.
